The P-Shot, also known as the Priapus shot for men, was developed by Dr. Charles Runels, MD, in response to several common erectile dysfunction issues. These include low libido, decreased ability to orgasm, pain during intercourse, damage from injury to the penis shaft, and reduced size due to age or low testosterone. Patients report better orgasms, better erections, and improved sexual satisfaction overall.

How does it work?

The P-Shot uses PRP (platelet-rich plasma) from your own blood, which contains special cells that help repair and stimulate tissues. This method has been used in the medical field for many years in aesthetics and sports medicine, helping athletes recover from injuries. First, blood is drawn from your arm and placed in a centrifuge to obtain the PRP. The penile shaft is numbed, and a series of small PRP injections are strategically placed along the penis shaft and base of the penis.
